As the Lead UX Designer, I partnered with user researchers to understand the current users and their workflows to drive drafting of personas. We met with Fifth Third Bank’s internal stakeholders as well as client-side Managers, Accounting Clerks, and C-Levels to account for a broad range of users. Discussions focused on understanding general workflows and processes, rolling up to overall goals.
